Why we work this way
We use AI every day in our own development work, including on Wallance and FILHEX, so we know where it saves real time and where it only looks impressive in a demo.
Typical first candidates are tasks with a lot of reading and typing: answering repeat customer questions, summarising calls, classifying incoming documents, preparing first drafts of reports. If a pilot does not save time, we say so and stop there.
How a project runs

- Measure the result against how the work was done before
- If it works, build it into ERP, call center or e-commerce flows
