ERP and business software
Stock, purchasing, sales, accounting and the reports management reads every Monday. We build ERP and business software around the way a company already works, and connect it to the systems that stay.
Why companies come to us for it
Usually because an off-the-shelf package covers 80 percent of the work and the remaining 20 percent is done in spreadsheets, by hand, by the two people who know how. That last part is where most of the time goes, and it is what we look at first.
We would rather build less and have it used than build a large system nobody opens. A first version often replaces one painful process; the rest follows once people trust it.
What a project usually covers
- Stock and warehouse: items, locations, counts and movements
- Purchasing and sales: quotes, orders, deliveries and invoices
- Accounting links and the reports finance actually uses
- Users, roles and approvals that match the organisation chart
- Integrations with e-commerce, telephony, banks and existing software
- Data migration from spreadsheets or the old system
Questions
Do you replace our existing software?
Only where it makes sense. Often the better answer is to keep the accounting package and connect it, and build only the part that is missing.
Who owns the system after delivery?
You run it. We document it, train the people who use it and stay available for maintenance and changes.
Can you move our data from the old system?
Yes. Data migration is part of the project plan, with a test run before the switch.
